Refund policy

- Customers have the right to exchange the product within 24 hours, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The exchange request must be submitted within 24 hours from the date of order receipt to the following email: info@danaalalami.com
- A confirmation image indicating the date and time of receipt must be attached (the shipping company's text message).
- The security label must be present on the item and must be in good and acceptable condition as per the seller's standards.
- The item must be in its original condition.
- The seller will inspect the item to ensure its safety and original condition.
- If the seller approves the return of the item, the replacement process for the customer will be completed within 5 - 10 business days.
- The original delivery receipt must be included with the shipment for the exchange request to be accepted.
- Under no circumstances is the customer entitled to claim a refund for any purchased item.
- If the customer wishes to exchange the item, it will be replaced with an item of the same value or higher, with the price difference paid by the customer.
- Customers are not entitled to exchange after 24 hours from the time of receipt.
